you'd better edit your post and remove that link since I've never released d2x v7beta sources.
It means that link is breaking GPL rules and this is not tolerated on gbatemp.
Be patient, I'll release it officialy sooner or later
Recommended setup:how do i know which d2x cios i should download from 249d2x37 to x58? i currently have ios249 rev 19.

249d2x56 (for 99% of games)
250d2x57 (for games that require 57, like Black Ops)
Do not use rev 19. Use ModMii to install 249d2x56 v6 and 250d2x57 v6.and this works for rev 19, right? i can play black ops on wiiflow with ios on default (guess thats 249?)

Uhhhh, you lost me there, do you have D2X or rev19 right now?
Anyway, Lacius said it already , use a D2X v6 cIOS with base 56 installed to slot 249 and base 57 installed to slot 250.
As far as I know, there is no such thing as d2x rev 19 because d2x is a mod of rev 21.
I installed the ciosx d2x yesterday (because of the new Kirby). So I tried to get Metroid Prime Trilogy to work, to see if it was indeed like this:Well, not in my situation. The 3rd game still hangs on the loading screen. I tried to look everywhere for a solution but I can't get it to work on both cfg loader and usb loader gx. How can I get Corruption to work???Also, other less problematic games like Metroid Prime Trilogy are now fully playable without any restrictions.
If you are unsure what you have, post a sysCheck. You should also be using the latest version of whatever loader you decide to use. I personally recommend Configurable USB Loader (as of this post, v70 is the latest).oh, i confused 250 rev 19 with 249, so it actually says 249 56 d2x v6 in wiiflow. my bad. and also, 250d2x57 couldnt be installed for some reason. do you mean im on rev 21 now? i still cant play back to the future though, even with ios on 249 56 d2x v6 and block ios reload on. it just reboots my wii.
i should also mention that im running r374 in wiiflow, cus the latest will not show any covers and if i do choose a game with one without, the screen will turn black and say "exception dsi occurred".

Make sure you are using the latest version of Configurable USB Loader (v70). Because you did not use the latest version of sysCheck, I cannot see what base IOS you used to install IOS249. However, assuming you installed 249d2x56, there is no reason why Back to the Future would not work with the latest version of Configurable USB Loader.both cfg usb loader and wii flow reboots the wii when selecting a chapter in back to the future. here is my syscheck:
