fw_2.5_NW - the firmware itself, version with disabled start detection ("Non-Wait")
unlock - just a portion of data that enables HOS running (for any 2.0+ firmware)
Do I need to somehow clear the chip memory from the old firmware or just connect it to the PC via USB with the "boot" button pressed and upload the new firmware?

UPD Answered before my question, sorry)

is irfhs8342 and irs8342 mosfet the same?
yes

and where can i buy "~30gauge Kynar or enamel speaker wire"?
"wire wrapping wire" on aliexpress,
or just tear down to fibers any copper power wire for PC motherboard (SATA power, GPU power)

yes. either that, or the Hekate soft-way

Regarding the MOSFETs check the datasheet. For buying wires, here're some options: Ali (takes long time), RS, Digikey or other distributors. Try at your local repairman first

Would thanks to everyone involved and spent his time freely for the community.

Just to clarify to every noob like me that doesn't know nothing in program side.
In order to flash we only need to connect usb and drag and drop the 2 files in the explorer?
Just ordered an oled to test this, if works will try to implement everything inside the best I can.
Can we also remove usb and buttons once flashed?
Thanks again

Great reversing work there!
Finally all the people that complained about HOS are now satisfied!
Question though,Does it work on v1 patched consoles too?
I know the boot sequence is different on these (the block reads if i recall) so that is why i m asking.

Yeah I would like to know if it works on v2 aswell

I can say even more, due to the different boot sequence, it works much better on the patched v1
Thank you for your answer.
Now i can only keep one of these for rebuilding consoles with faulty emmcs...
I had kept a gen1 tx original for that which it now is useless.

how does pico differentiate between erista/mariko?
By monitoring the boot sequence i guess!
