If they did, they'd probably add a creepy ben drowned screen, which resets the 3ds.

Be careful there is bad CIA conversion going around on that site
I'm not sure if a working CIA has been uploaded there yet so lots of confusion
I already downloaded one CIA that didn't work froze at load screen

Or maybe they let the 3DS make contact with the Nintendo server and report it as a pirated copy?

I imagine them starting to do that kind of stuff in the near future.

We'll they can probably see your play log when you go online
And see you have an unreleased title showing up in your play log ,but then again the game is dumped so some people probably have authorized copies already

Funny I was looking for some thing in a closet I never really look In Yesterday and the box for the N64 MM fell down from the top shelf and hit me in the head ,I didn't even know it was in there or that I still had it
