so for JAP and USA, is it better to use WiiCrazy's or ichfly's exploit?

edit: nvm, it seems ichfly's JAP and USA releases are actually wiicrazy's

but I also noticed that there is a 60Hz and a 50Hz release of the PAL exploit... does anyone know if one of these will work good enough on all tv's?
