It seems like YSM3 can't handle cheat codes created using DB and D8 (no effect)
Type 0xDB
8-Bit Load
DB000000 XXXXXXXX
Loads the byte at [XXXXXXXX+offset] and stores it in the'Dx data register'.
This is a bugged code type. Check 'AR Hack #0' for the fix.

Type 0xD8
8-Bit Incrementive Write
D8000000 XXXXXXXX
Writes the 'Dx data' byte to [XXXXXXXX+offset], and increments the offset by 1.

example:

Plants vs Zombies

Always begin at Final Wave
922a17c0 00000001
DB000000 022a17a4
D8000000 022a17c0
D2000000 00000000
922a1860 00000001
DB000000 022a1844
D8000000 022a1860
D2000000 00000000

Above Code works 100% in M3Sakua and AKAIO
Wonder if it's just a YSM3 bug or YSMENU bug itself????

I haven't checked, but has YSM3 or YSMenu been updated since you first posted this? Perhaps the issue was resolved.

I haven't been on the DS scence for months. But, I still think YSMENU hasn't been updated for 2+ years...
