What kind of brick is this? No blue screen, no black screen? Nothing? Is it even a brick?

Okay, I was doing the whole downgrade to 9.2 etc. I did all of that smoothly, and then I put on rxtools I then pressed something unknowingly and it was doing this process that I wasn't sure of (I think it was dumping NAND or something). I freaked out because I realised that I goofed and shouldn't have pressed it and I turned my system off. Fuck me, right?

Now my system won't boot. It will have the power/charge light on but that's about it. Is there a way to resolve this? I backed up my NAND though.

It's not like BSOD or anything. This is different, where the screens won't even turn on to show a black screen.

What do?

Gotta love rxtools and all its kill me switches - perfect for beginners. :/ Why does this have to be the go-to cfw.

And what the guy above me said. edit: rip :/ Hope you made a backup first.

I've tried to safeboot it a few times. Nothing.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I've got my backup NAND in a safe place though.

I've got my NAND.bin backed up. Do you have a link with a guide on how to do it?
No, and I wouldn't know which one is most current and best to follow.
Maybe someone else can point you in the right direction or you can find it on your own.

Here's a video tutorial.
The difficulty varies greatly with the model 3ds you have (pray you have an old XL, even I could mod that one).
google 3ds usb nand mod for more tutorials for various other models. There's several threads on this site alone.

You can also send it off to someone here probably. @hundshamer and @gamesquest1 do us/europe respectively, but I don't know who might serve Australia.

i just saw a person on reddit who solved a rather similar problem by taking out the battery temporarily.
