Yeah at this stage you just bricked your console by powering off when it was dumping. YOu shouldve just let it dump then deleted the NAND.bin from your SD and you would be set.

A hardmod will solve the problem, I assume what you did was pick one of the options in rxTools that inject files to NAND, those are dangerous.
Yeah that's correct.

So what's the diagnosis?
Very, very good if you want to do a little soldering. I had no previous experience soldering and I managed to pull it off.

Follow that video I showed you, but notice the instructor speeds up at the most critical moment (the actual wire soldering).
Go to this post by @dark_samus3 and watch that video, it's essential to fill in the gaps.
