anyone else had a glitch that changes the name of the items found on the ground into your name or freezes

If the glitch with the items is that it says "[player_name] found [player_name]" then yeah, I think everyone gets that.

There are a few patches that try to stop the game freezing but sometimes they're not very successful. On SoulSilver I used to save every few battles or so to reboot if it did freeze which it did constantly in Johto but since reaching Kanto it's not frozen once.

I have had a brief look, and I know FrogMyster has also been giving it all he's got. But is anything else happening with this re-make? The English version comes out in a few days, so are we doing it or not?

every time if i someone call me
i klik on the screen 2 times and than it freeze
and if i listen to the radio it also crash if you listen longer by Prof Oak Marion song
and the title screen is you see the title Pokemon soul silver version is also glitch y

Yeah, thats the PokeGear freeze most of us have experienced. What flashcard/patch are you running?
And the title glitch happens occasionally, it doesn't affect your game at all or anything though.

I'm not really working on this anymore. But the English version is coming out soon, so it doesn't really matter.
As I said, I might make a romhack of the English version.

YayMii, just in case you are going ahead with the English hack I have managed to alter the Male Hero sprite and replace it with the Male Rocket sprite.

One thing I have noticed is that it can only be altered in PokeTex using a fairly clean version of the ROM otherwise it will crash. To do this I got the offset of the Rocket sprite, wrote down the Pallette details and copied the image text over to Word then replaced the Hero sprite with thoses images and changed the Pallette. It would not simply work for copying Lugia and Ho-Oh since they are in a slightly different format however I'm looking into spriting them myself.
