Hardware Xbox 360 with LT keeps freezing on logo after updating console

Yup, I got a 360 again, but I updated the console and there was some issues with the dvd drive
the original that had it was stuck and has lt 3.0, so I remplaced the one I had from my other 360 that was dead. After that I updated the console, and now backups and original discs doesn't work anymore, keeps reading them as dvd, when I start it it says I must insert it on a 360 to play it or stuck on the 360 logo on dvd mode.
I know I fucked up, but is there something I can do like updating lt? I can't find anything.

drive key is different, and you might have to spoof the drive. what's the make model of each 360's drive?

I am not sure, I must see that. I am new on hacking on 360. How do I see that?

Also the only drive I had working was the other one that I used from my dead 360, worked at all with backups and even was updated the console, this one I bought is stuck, I am not sure if still works, should work, was just stuck (well still stuck)
