XBOX One S Power On and then Off Q9F2

Hi,

I have a XBOX One S which is beeping, shortly white light and then goes off. I measured all mosfets and observed that the Q9F2 Drain side is deadly shorted.

By injecting 2 Amps nothing getting warm. I already pulled the two caps near to Q9F1 and Q9F2 but still shorted.

Do you know what this switch is supplying and where to measure now?

Okay I have some news but not finished the console.

It was a failure of the mosfet Driver for MemIO. I measured the ground but did not know it before having the circuit diagrams.

So I swapped the mosfet driver and the memory now getting 1.5V

But now the console beeps, light is flashing, NO fan spinning and after 5sec a power off tone is played and console switches off.

So beep on, 5sec, beep off. I found some videos with the same issue but the guy has no fix.

Is someone here knowing how to get this fixed?

Recently watched a youtube video with a similar scenario. What's your measured resistance to ground on the v_memio test point? According to the video creator, anything lower than 30ohms means one or more memory chips have failed. He ended up injecting 1.5v/1a into the rail while observing with an IR cam to spot the failing memory module.
