Hardware Xbox 360 Not Turning On

Hey guys, I have a black Xbox 360 (https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41GzyMQ09EL._AC_SX430_.jpg) and I can not get it to turn on. When I try to turn it on there is a red light on the power supply. Can someone help? Thanks.

That power brick works on my other xbox

unplug the 360 and leave it for a while, including the PSU.
Plug them back in again and try again.

when mine did that ,was the capacitors
burst. ,
at least I had an extra and replace it.

aha! I figured it out. I need the jasper psu.
