Gaming xbox 360 disc is dirty errors

My xbox 360 is 3 year old now and I flashed it 3 years ago however most games cut scenes are jumpy and are out of sync! Also i get random disc are dirty errors, Is it because my firmware is old? or is it bad burns? I use verbs the most expensive ones i can find and still have problems with alot of games. Is my laser screwed? thanks


Edit: orginal games work completly fine.

Good chance the laser is on the way out. You might get lucky with a POT tweak but it is probably time to replace the drive.
