When I try to run the page it crashes loading a video. And a "Install OK" message in the wupinstaller site

I had these problems too when trying to load Loadiine. I was actually going to update smash today but now that I see that you guys are having problems, I don't know if I should yet. How I fixed my Loadiine problem was doing it all in this site that was moved recently http://wiiu.epiclper.com/ Try loading the kernel on here then open wupinstaller on there. Let me know if it works so I can try

According to the EUR site, the latest is 1.32. I do know v128 corresponded to 1.31 when I ran it in Loadiine. Does anyone know that version 1.32 is or what version number I should use to grab it with nusgrabber?
