Hacking wtf bricked after installing a wad?

I' sure there is something wrong with this Wad.
a friend of mine also bricked his Wii yesterday making the channel of A boy and his Blob. So be warned.

I don't know what's causing the bricks. It shouldn't be the iso because it seems to work fine burned or usign a loader.....

i've installed dozens of wads before and never once had a problem. just installed a wad made from loadstructor of a boy and his blob now the fucking wii won't boot up... this is BS!! loadstructor bricked me

Got the same right here, already made a topic about my brick but i am soo unclear as hell.
yes Zelda boots up with Bootme and.. no twilight hack

guess that was way longer ago....

the only way to play games now is to burn the games with bootme..
and the game boots from the health screen.. but somehow i cant boot any custom made iso with wad manager or anytitle deleter...

Also tryed out to replace the main.dol with a wad manager or anytitle deleter..
but no luck gave me a error cant read and remove disc blabla

But soo far keep this topic alive and going we need a good fix!

I'm sure Blade can recover from this somehow because he has a modchip, but it boggles my mind that someone would be messing with Loadstructor or any custom wads without at the very least preloader installed.

Well i wish i had preloader installed, never needed it and i was thinking these loadstructors where save =( guess this is my leason! atleast i hope my wii is going to usefull again ... doh!

I got Pal 4.1 with Wiikey and got like the first wii that came out.

seriously! I don't know about u, but from the moment I start modding a wii I am paranoid up until I get either bootmii as boot2 or as IOS+preloader and a nand backup

is there somehow a way to boot these iso's on a DVD?
Homebrew channel and more Iso's
and for the Savemii recovery mode, soo far i cant run anything...

i told you this iso/game is booby trapped! i've installed wads usign load b4 and never once had a problem until i made 1 from this game. i can't use savemefrii etc i only have wavebirds. my wii is 4.0E PAL.

I think most bricks are user error you get the odd bit of hardware failure but usually it's people not knowing what there doing

Modified discs aren't booting since your IOS60/70 or whatever probably isn't trucha patched

ios60 is i'm sure it is i had to patch some ios to install 4.0 i'm sure it was patched ios60?

the reason i don't have preload or bootmii installed? it takes longer to boot/more menus to go through and i don't like to wait.

I tryed some new stuff.

1. Offical Nintendo Backup Disk 1.31 (Softmod: Wont boot. [this softmod wii is not bricked] / Wiikey: Wont boot.)
2. Universal-Unbrick Disc v2 (Softmod: works and boot's to Wad manager / Wiikey: Wont boot.)
3. BootMiiDiisc_v1 (Softmod: Wont boot / Wiikey: Wont boot)

Pfft 99 dorrars ? Just send it to Nin-fucking-tendo then again you might get a broken wii with a faulty drive off e-fucking-bay swap your chipped drive and case.
