Hey there,
why would you try this? It's more expensive than an 400gb microSD. And i dont know if your able to flash the NAND on this and get it to work... Ok... if it works, you have faster internal memory but for this price... test it and we are smarter after that :D

If you have tested the same with 256 GB, why shouldn't the 512 GB version work?
just on the off chance someone has tried this and discovered some obscure reason this won't work. I feel Horizons recognition of a larger USER partition is pot luck more than anything else,

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
