Gaming Worth getting a DS Lite at this late stage?

Why do you guys care about flashcards?
Just cause of homebrew? (which on the DS, usually kind of sucks)
Or... do you guys pirate?
To DS pirates: Wow... so the DS has amazing games and the way to repay the makers is by pirating the stuff they make?

I mainly use my AceKard2i just for homebrew and trying games. But if I loose it it won't be such a loss.
I say that keep your money and get a 3DS, that way, you can buy the 3DS launch games and some nice DS games you've always wanted to play.

I pirate DS games. And even if I could pay for the few games I've loved, I wouldn't. I can't make myself spend money on something I can get for free.
And I do have to agree that Homebrew has never been that amazing. Never have I said "wow, I'm sure glad I bought this flashcard for homebrew."

Maybe Wood FW if that is considered homebrew. Maybe I'm missing out on some quality homebrew, but I really doubt it.

I pirate but i usually end up only playing throught he beginning of the game to see if ill like it and then go buy it. Which makes me buy lots of games. What a downward cycle.
