Hacking WoodR4 1.13 for Generic R4 Clones

Doesn't CRC mostly tell if a file is the exact same file or not?...at least that was what I was under the impression of. I don't even see any of the so called "added files", PSPCandyX528 is probably bs'ing it.

The earlier version PSPCandyX528 was showing was probably an earlier version of WAIO.

I honestly think he is BS'ing it. Last time he caused an explosion by "making" SF94-Serv, something he blatantly ripped off. (then again, he had reasonable proof this time, showing some modifications to the source, though I doubt those mods did anything)

Correct.
CRCs (and MD5s - which I used in the second set of images), are used to determine if a file has been altered.
Even the slightest change to a file (not including name, created or accessed date/time) will change the hash value of the file.
