is there a wireless gamecube controller that can be recognized as an xbox one controller and function on windows 10 like an xbox one controller? I want to be able to play modern day games with the same gamecube controller feel I felt when I was five years old...

Gamecube to USB adapter plus a Wavebird. You might need to use Joy2Key or look up a tutorial.
pretty much your only option. Gamecube style controllers are not particularly common, and the only PC ones are usually dirt cheap USB that don't even have proper analog triggers. I don't really see the demand (as it would only be of use to the small niche of players playing gamecube games on PC, and of those the vast majority would just use a cheap USB controller or a wired adapter)
