The video exists and has been seen by many, it's just been removed. A .3DSX is yet to be seen and seems highly unlikely at this point.

If you really want to run RC2 on your 3DS, try running it on DOSBox with Windows 95.

That's not windows 95, thats just a knockoff with no actual use. All the "features" are just images, nothing more to it. It's an absolutely useless cartridge.

This thread is dead. It's assumed the author of this either didn't actually have a working game and faked everything or stopped working on it early on/gone nowhere with the project. I would hope a mod would lock this thread as any further discussion about this will only go downhill.
