memchunkhax is an exploit by yellows8 which was fixed in version 9.3. Memchunkhax2 is basically the same, but it works also with the fix

Yes and no. You will downgrade from a firmware higher than 9.2 to a firmware lower than 9.3 . Then you can use emunand

Honestly, I'd rather downgrade to be honest, almost every kernel exploit is very well documented for 9.0-9.2 which would mean if I have any questions I'd just search for one of the many guides found in here.

It's a possibility, yes, but if you do every step correctly there should be no danger.
