Currently I'm still on SX OS but plan on migrating over to atmosphere for good. Do I need to back up all my saves to my PC before installing atmosphere or will the saves just work as is? If there's any other prep work I should do, I'm all ears.

If i don't mind installing direct to sysnand (console already banned, so no point bothering with emunand) how many of the steps can I skip?
I did it with JKSV and had no problems. I had tried Checkpoint before and half of the save games didn't work.

When you say didnt work, do you mean you backed it up with checkpoint, then when loading it back in, the save wasn't working properly? Or it simply didn't back up correctly at all?I did it with JKSV and had no problems. I had tried Checkpoint before and half of the save games didn't work.

Use JKSV, instead of checkpoint, I never had issues with it.When you say didnt work, do you mean you backed it up with checkpoint, then when loading it back in, the save wasn't working properly? Or it simply didn't back up correctly at all?
