If you install CFW, homebrew, themes, or install NSP you always take the chance your console will be banned. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, maybe never. I/ we/ nobody knows the exact reason why/ when/ how, but if you for sure don't want a console ban, don't hack it! BTW your account does not get banned, only your console.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
