Hacking Wiiware ripped to iso

I have a wiikey installed. Haven't had to bother with custom firmware, homebrew channel or whatever you guys are using these days. I just burn and play. So I've had no reason to keep up with the wii hacking scene so excuse my ignorance.
But the one thing I can't do is pirate wiiware games.

So, question is. Wiiware games in the form of an .iso I can burn to a dvd and run with the wiikey, does this exist?

...and to have the wiiware game itself be installed to an emulated nand on the SD card or USB-stick.


In other words: though it'll probably work, 3ISO studio is totally not what you're after. It's kinda like installing some game to your PC and then burning a shortcut to it on DVD.


But to answer the question. No. AFAIK, there is no way to run wiiware from DVD.
