Thanks for yours answers, sorry i'm french but i confonded files and folder, i meant the BOTW's folder name for installing it with WUPInstaller
The folder can have any name, if no has strange symbols (ü, á, etc) will work

But the update is on the disc, with its ticket, that's why it's strange.
Oh I got you. I suppose that is odd, but I guess I don't know how it normally would work with a pre-release like this.

Could it be a pre-release disc that maybe doesn't have the update ticket on it?

Looks like there is DLC in the update :S since your tik needs mocha/sigpatches to install the update. Can't fully confirm as it's giving bad sd card error now even though it's only the tik I change from fakesign to yours.

Hum, on Wii U ticket info I get this :
[Update] Unknown or system title / outdated Database

Title ID: 0005000E101C9500
Title Key: -snip-

Does anyone know where do you find that blue upper clothing on the Great Plateau? The one that we seen on the E3 footage.

EDIT: nvm, I just found an IGN interview with Aonuma saying:
"We thought that having him wear this tunic for this demo would make it a little more familiar to people watching the game demo and trailer this time around. Link gets that blue suit at a very important juncture in the storyline"

Game is again up on nus server, anyone downloaded it and compared to the first release to check if it's the same?

Right now I am trying to get homebrew launcher to read my 16gb card. But no it isn't the same as b4. It contains the tik files and I believe the disc's game update

Please remember that:
1) asking for the update is against the rules
2) asking for the game is against the rules
3) asking for the ticket is against the rules
4) asking for prepatched files is against the rules
5) almost anything that implies obtaining BotW-related files is against the rules, so if unsure, check the rules first if you don't want to find yourself banned

Thanks :yaypsp:

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
