Noob Wiikey user here, wondering about a few things.

1. Are the updates region specific or can I just download it from anywhere and it'll work on my PAL Wii?
2. What's a good place to get the updates from, now that Wiikey's site is down?
3. How do you turn the region override thing on?

Thanks.

You can download it from anywhere but you do need the area your from so you would need the pal versions.

2. What's a good place to get the updates from, now that Wiikey's site is down?

Im not sure if you can post links but just do a few searches on google

http://psx-scene.com/forums/wiikey/62935-a...-one-place.html ive used this one before

3. How do you turn the region override thing on?

You need to load config 1.2.

Then either using a gamecube controller just choose the top option i believe or
if you havent got a controller use the reset button.
Tap the reset button makes it move
Holding the reset button selects

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
