Also, this:
Can anyone suggest the most recent, stable, beta (I'm still on 4.2) and let me know what minor bugs are still in the suggestion you're making?

With the latest version or beta's, whats the procedure to getting priiloader to load straight into WiiFlow now?
Tried loads of different dols and getting dsi errors all over the place.

Also, the latest from FIX94 (r1054) also crashes for me loading through Homebrew channel.

Reason for direct loading to WiiFlow is kids cant be trusted. :(
Was working up til the other day when they formatted the Wii Storage (too many game saves!).

USB HDD is NTFS with a wbfs folder.
App folder is also on same NTFS partition and working great until the begninning of the week - after the Wii Storage was formatted.

DejaVu make sure you have the latest forwarder channel installed, you can use the WiiFlow Channel Installer v1.1 to install it or install a custom one that can be found on the wiiflowiki in my sig. Then you can install this Priiloader compatible dol to boot the default DWFA forwarder channel which should help you boot straight into WiiFlow. Better yet if you have an older wii with a vulnerable boot2, after installing the forwarder channel I would recommend to install the Bootmii-Forwader-Loader, otherwise stick with the priiloader forwarder. That should fix one issue your having.

The other issue is the instability of having a full NTFS setup, there are still a few bugs within libogc and how it works with NTFS file systems. There are others that have issues with the latest builds of WiiFlow because of it and I believe they recommend to revert back to WiiFlow 4.1, however I'm not 100% sure since I myself don't have that problem. My true recommendation would be to change your setup. You can have 2 partitions; A Fat32 partition that handles all your apps and files including WiiFlow and an NTFS partition where you can hold all your WBFS files which is how I have it, or just go with a full FAT32 setup.

Just further to what Massive has said, earlier on in the thread there was talk of booting to wiiflow from SD for improved access speeds - you don't have to wait for a drive to spin up, SD cards are only getting cheaper...
I personally have everything on fat 32 usb with no issues, except for godawful loading times :)

EDIT: 14 frame boot animation at under 17kb!

i was long time gone... i had a wii u everything worked... now im back on my wich worked flawless....

but i updated wiiflow and nothing works.... no wii iso is loading??? whats the deal here?

I seem to be having a problem with 2TB WD My Book not working when Wiiflow is set to autoboot. If I go in from the system menu, it works fine, same if I have it set to autoboot and flip the power switch on the back of the HDD before turning on the wii. Wiiflow seems to be slow to initiate this brand of HDD. Is there any way that the forwarder could be fixed so that it powers the HDD before wiiflow boots up?

im sorry i wanted to ask for nintendont :D i was in wrong thread

but i got another question about multidisc games
im running dios mios 210 and wiiflwo 4.1

i put both isos in same folder
games\GBZP08
disc one = game.ios
disc two = disc2.iso

wiiflow shows both isos!!!!! but if i start disc two... it starts disc one.....

is there way to let each disc start up normal.... and also let dios mios auto switch discs if the wii asks for disc two???

thx in advance merry christmas XD

I recently updated to the most stable version. It has been a while since I used the program so I did a complete re-install of the program, deleting ALL files and folders that relate to Wiiflow (except the games, of course), even the covers folders off my SD and USB. I even used ModMii to get all my cIOS's updated. I do not have any plugins installed, just vanilla WiiFlow. But when I go to start a game, all I get is a black screen. I have tried a few different games and I get the same result. The preview window in the upper right shows fine with the intro.

I have the 4.2U firmware.

I installed usbloader-gx to see if it was my games or a corrupted HDD, but they work fine on that. I would rather use WiiFlow, so please dont tell me to just go and use usbloader-gx. I know that there is more information that you want, so have at it. I have included a syscheck, too.

Thanks and I hope to get things running smoothly again.

hey i just tried usbloader gx with gamecube multidisc....and it works flawless...
but i always used wiiflow and still dont want to use usb loader lol
i think the usbloader menu on top of the screen is very ugly lol

on usbloader if u start a gc multidisc game u been asked if u want to start disc one or two!
on wiiflow it shows up disc1 and disc2 but it always starts disc1...

can somebody pls add the code from usbloader so wiiflow only will display ONE game for a multidisc game...
and if u stat it u should be asked wich game disc u want to start :D

i mean there are still development going on for wiiflow... so why dont add this feature? i dont think this would be much effort.....

merry christmas

If you guys have time please report how that version works because I want to release it at the end of this year.
Merry Christmas :)
I just noticed that no matter what categories you have, wiiflow recreates the general section in categories_v4.ini as follows

cat2=Category 2
cat3=Category 3
cat4=Category 4
cat5=Category 5
