Odd, I'll try downloading some theme (warning I got about 1kbps atm so it can take a bit)+
edit: yay found a old wiiflow 2.2 pack with themes lol, I'll test it now
Hmm, I remember back when I updated from 2.2 to about r415 on the old WiiFlow I had to delete those older themes out of there in order for it to actually run. It just gave me a black screen. I haven't touched the old themes since.

I'm getting this annoying msg when updating svn
2n6tbhv.jpg

I'm deleting .svn folder to fix this issue
why is that happening, I used same method for ages with no problems?

ahhh after finally finishing my theme edit to where i'm happy, im getting set usb failed: -6 again. im done with wiiflow until it gets better, good luck to the devs, i appreciate all the work you guys put in. will be back later once it gets more stable.

Do you even get that error without nand emu stuff? I hate the fact I never get this error...

i always have nand emu on set to full. nand emu off game boots. turn it back on and the green half screen flashes then set usb failed : -6. and nand emu channels work like normal.

What happens when you turn NAND emu channels off? Will a wii game then work with NAND saves on?

i can try.

is there any list of all the stuff needed for creating a theme? i want to work on a theme, but its so overwhelming. a simple list would be helpful.

While we're on this topic, I've never really understood the difference between "partial" and "full" emulation.
I understand that the point of using it with Wii games is for saving game progress and for WiiWare it makes them work, save, load and everything.
I've never understood what would NOT be emulated by setting it to "partial"

I usually just leave WiiWare emulation to "full" since it seems to default to that and set some individual Wii games to "partial" to be able to save with them but I've never really thought about it.

It just occurred to me, would the -6 error have anything to do with having emulated nand on the same partition as config files and disk images and stuff? I've heard that's not a good idea.

from what i gather, "Full" uses the usb or sd nand for EVERYTHING, meaning IOS functions as well. Partial does just saving to usb or sd nand. off is obviously off. that's what i think may be wrong on that.

You think wrong there. Full just means it also uses the wii settings set on emu nand instead of the real nand. IOS is ALWAYS the real nand one.

May write a mail to google code, they should know their system best ;)

That's an interesting thought,

That's an interesting thought. That would almost make it possible to put one version of DML on my emuNAND and another on my real nand and then just run the one I feel like at any given moment. I kinda think it's not quite that simple but I'm almost sure I deleted all of my IOS off of my emuNAND so maybe it's a good thing I don't ever set it to full.

Except my VC games work so if you're right that would mean maybe I didn't actually delete them, can't remember.

Okay, that makes sense, the settings then. I think I have the same settings on my real and emulated nand. If I did change anything, though, It's probably for a reason so I think I'll stick with "partial" just in case.

I would assume there are some things that just don't work without it being set to full, though.

yeah my bad, full then really doesn't seem all that appealing as the same settings are on my NAND as my emuNAND. i understand the purpose though. thanks for clarifying fix.

Hi, FIX94

New chinese_s language file :

Thanks!!

I have never gotten Nand Emu to work. I have dumped it with bootmii and used Punes Nand extract tool, dumped with simple FS, and now Wiiflow. whenever I try to load a game I get "Reload after Emu failed" error, regardless if Nand setting is full partail, or savegame. I even tried just dumping the game saves and same result.

nand is on usb2 Wiiflow is on usb1 (both fat32) and path is correct as far as I know. (usb2) and /nand/ in wiiflow .ini

Could someone please tell me where to put my gamecube games at. I have tried many methods and can't seem to get it right. Anything would be of great help. Thanks to all for this awesome thread.
