Yes, you can use a wad manager to install the channel. It's actually region-free from what I can tell. It was probably meant to be released in the US but they never did for whatever reason.

I uploaded the wad here: http://bullet.gemakei.com/T&T.PAL.English.RF.wad
This is great, I wonder if I'll receive the content? Well only one way to find out, I'm off for tonight, it's almost 4AM over here, thanks pBullet for the goodie WAD :grog:
I'll let ya'll know if it works properly on my end. G'night.

@fix94, the latest rev has fixed both the multiple fanart code dumping as well as the screen size draw problem. Spectacular job as usual. Thanks

Hello again guys, here is 4.0.4 for you!
This revision can be seen as stability update, we did not add alot this time because we are more focused on fixing bugs currently, hopefully this revision fixes most of the bugs you guys have with 4.0.3, I wont list all bugfixes because that would take a few days :P
If you get problems with this revision, then just stay with 4.0.3, because this rev is as said mainly fixing, and maybe new bugs came into that rev because of all changes we did, you know as it always happens if you fix something a new bug will appear.
However, they are a few new things which should be written down:
-added new option "dml_activity_led" (enabled by default), this controls the Drive LED when DIOS-MIOS (Lite) is busy
-added new option "force_cios_rev" (0 by default), if you set it to a IOS number like "222" then wiiflow will use IOS222 as AUTO setting and will reload to IOS222 if you enable the "force_cios_load" option as well
-added transparency handling for homebrew view icon.png pics
-increased max source menu buttons to 72
-added detection for newer devolution revisions
It can be that very soon another new rev will come up, depending on when we begin adding features again to the stable revs here.
Download via google code.
Hopefully a plugin pack update with fixes and updates will follow later on this day.

Look forward to updated plugins for the gx emu's so they stop nagging me to update.

Devolution itself can't boot retail discs afaik, you need a proper MIOS, so you may install the latest cMIOS from here. I just tested retail gc and wii games boot with 4.0.4 and it works perfectly fine for me.

Also as said earlier, finished the plugin pack update, it fixes the wrong ini of mednafen-pce, updates Not64 to 20121109 and updates genplus-gx to mod6 (1.7.1 svn r739).
Grab it on google code ;)

When I worked for Dell we had access to data about military contracts and addresses for high ranking people.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol

sometimes I wonder why anyone would ever buy mega man x legacy collection 2
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I always thought that capcom shuffled the games in these collection, but apparently they are all in chronological order, which makes legacy collection 2 worthless
