wii u theme not showing the right colors

hey i just started putting themes on my wii u consle but when i changed my theme to a diffrent color on some parts of the wii u home screen it still shows the old colors with the new theme dose anyone know how to fix this

what parts of the theme arent working? also, where did you get the theme from?
