A Wii U that is on 5.5.2 can still mod anything within the vWii, so it would definitely be a great idea to use / create an app in the vWii to create exploits on the Wii U itself even past 5.5.2 before the next fix for Homebrew Launcher on loadiine.ovh comes out. This could have something to do with the "Wii U Menu" channel boot.

lol no.. the vWii doesn't even have access to the WiiU NAND (I think it probably doesn't even know that it's a Wii U)

Yes but I believe the boot and reboot operations are different. If we can find out how this function call works, there is possibility for CBCFW

Oh duh Im idiot! You know in wii u games there are sometimes a button that loads an applet right? How about we manage to redirect the loaded applet to the homebrew launch process? would it work?

How do you propose to do that on an unhacked 5.5.2 system?

Maybe but we don't know. And we can't do it since you are on 5.5.2

But you would need to be able to load homebrew to make the applet redirect in the first place lol.

Old Nintendo Wii Super smash bros level creator exploit.
I didn't create that. (You probably meant SSBB, not "SSMB".)

Also, that can be used on an unhacked system because the game reads data off of the SD card without enough verification. That's an entry point.

5.5.2 closed the only publicly-known entry point for Wii U mode on unhacked systems at the moment.

As far as I know. Its not possible. Unless you can somehow force the vwii to mount the entire wiiu side, but if its hidden at boot of vwii then its impossible. The only chance (and proably would still be impossible) is to write a ENTIRELY custom IOS. But again. Its probably impossible

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

@BigOnYa, Then i think people were talking about fallout 76
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    that one was buggy too
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, I may probably download fallout 3 or new vegas on my ps3
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
