Hacking Wii shop channel not working even after hack...

I want to use the shop channel to download some channels, but everytime I access the shop channel, it would say there's an update to the shop channel and I need to update it. But I hacked my Wii, and I don't want to update my wii (which means going to 3.4). So I tried to use the shop channel update hack, and I even said yes to update the latest shop channel (I thought it would work, but I seen many posts that say to press NO to shop channel update), but it still doesn't work.

I had 3.1u and I used cIOS downgrader and upgraded to 3.2u. I didn't use IOS downgrader and cIOS 16 and that stuff if that helps.

Is there anyway to make the shop channel work again? Thanks!!!

note: The shop channel didn't work even before I hacked my Wii because my Wii was already out of date and it told me to upgrade too.
