Hacking Wii Cover Flow RC3? Won't load SSBB

Hi, got the backup loader, but SSBB keeps crashing when initializing the DVD drive... Though it works with the Wii Menu.

It's an original disk, so cant be the disk.

I'm burning a DVD9, tonight downloaded and let's see what this does? Any suggestions?

Disk is clean

By "works with the Wii Menu," do you mean via installing a WAD to your System Menu, or via the Disk Channel?
