Hacking Wii Black Screen [Priiloader working]

Hi!

As the title says i cant access wii system menu.

I have priiloader 0.7 and BootMII as IOS

Can anyone help me? (I have no gc controller)

How can I move in priiloader without gc controller?

How to boot directly to hbc?

I have a european wii 4.3 softmodded.

Installed Priiloader 0.7 and bootmii as ios.

now black screen after mymenuify bad theme.

any help?

Did you backup your NAND with BootMii before this happened?

priiloader -> HBC -> mymenuify

then load a good theme for your menu version.

you can get working themes (or the original) from page 3 in Modmii if needed.

reinstalling your system menu SHOULD also work, but without bootmii/boot2 this isn't so much advised.

I think u can use the Wii remote for booting preloader

I hav it installed so I can giv u the advice u need

Obviously u boot preloader by holding the reset button until the menu for it shows

Did u backed up ur nand Id so that you'll be able to boot ur Wii in a state where it wasn't bricked

I cant use wiimote, and no nand. I havent got preloader, only priiloader, mod of
preloader 0.30

i can enter da priiloader
but cant move in there.

no backups. no gamecube controller to move in priiloader

have to wait for 2weeks for a controller to arrive

you can use the wiimote...
there is no need for a gamecube controller. you can use the arrows on wiimote.


are you using the wiimote plus?
there are some wiimote with the plus built in, that are incompatible with some homebrew...

If you just skip your coffee for a few mornings, you could afford a cheap, used, Gamecube controller from ebay. It probably wouldn't be good enough to play Gamecube games, but it should get you through Priiloader if your Wiimote doesn't work.

like i said. wiimote works with priiloader.
he probably didnt tried to use arrows to move the cursor.. OR own a wiimoteplus

i know wiimoteplus got issues with hackmii installer (they are not detected) but i think they work on priiloader..

I just assumed he had the brains to use a wiimote correctly. Most people do...

of course there is no cursor.. priiloader is working at a minimum, i am glad it even has a basic gui and not a command line interface..

press the arrows (up and down) and use A to select if your wiimote is synced it will work.

do i need to make o a video of wiimote working?
