Hardware Wii Black bars issue

hi wii owner, im running 32 inches samsung LCD HD with wii using av cables. i just windering why some games run in full screen while others not?like zelda and mario they run full screen but games like RE4 and monster hunter tri they are black bars side by side..its not a big issue but why they are not the same?

For what I know, some games are running in the resolution of 4:3 and some in 16:9. Your better off using the widescreen resolution (16:9).

Can't you change the resolution of those games in the options menu?
