Tired Deca Sports NTSC (on a NTSC Wii) and it did not work, I got the

"Could not open disk subsystem ret--6"

Anybody know what this means? probably not lol.

And do you think this will work with Wii Scrubbed games>? Thanks

make sure you have DVDx installed...

Homebrew Browser has it...

If you see UNINSTALL, DO THAT FIRST!!!
Go to ADVANCED and Choose 249 to install

Make sure you've installed the cIOS wad that comes with the package, and it will work.

do you need a certain IOS before you install the wad or will it work with all wii firmwares

I had the WAD Manager v1.0 as a WAD and it worked just fine. I try downloading the v1.21 one, and it's just a DOL. I shrug it off, download it and put it in place and now it's not there on the HBC. What the hell!

Zidane_genome... when you installed the cIOS... did you had the IOS36-64-v1042.wad in the root of the SD Card for the install? Or just opened Wad Manager and installed it?

Maybe not precisely that file... but an official IOS file i mean >_>

I have DVDX installed but I did not install it using the 249 in advanced, do I need 249?

Oh, then it might work with 1.0, idk. But I suggest that you go to sleep first, or you might do something to your Wii that you'll regret.

Renamed it to boot.dol and it appears, but it sits there at 0% loaded.

Remove GC memory card from slot B of your Wii console.

Ok, got Deca Sports NTSC working on a NTSC Wii, its in black and white but its a start.

you have to have DVDX installed with the IOS249 in advanced.

EDIT- and scrubbed games work if other are wondering.

You need a modern TV that handles PAL. Those of us with HDTVs, etc are all fine. If I went and dug out my wii "normal" video cables i'd work on my TV.
