make sure you have DVDx installed...
Homebrew Browser has it...
If you see UNINSTALL, DO THAT FIRST!!!
Go to ADVANCED and Choose 249 to install
Make sure you've installed the cIOS wad that comes with the package, and it will work.

I had the WAD Manager v1.0 as a WAD and it worked just fine. I try downloading the v1.21 one, and it's just a DOL. I shrug it off, download it and put it in place and now it's not there on the HBC. What the hell!
