Kasumi (霞) streams your GeForce NOW library to the New 3DS. Free and open source.

Install the CIA with FBI (Remote Install → Scan QR Code). It updates itself from Settings after that.

Requirements: New 3DS / New 3DS XL / New 2DS XL, CFW (Luma3DS), a GeForce NOW account (free tier works), decent 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
It's a beta, so bug reports are very welcome: open an issue on GitHub and attach
