Does this game defiently not work on pal wiis? Aparently some guy says it works when his wii is set to 480p with component cables

Awful Mario Party title. Half the mini-games are mostly suitable for a monkey with downs. The lack of widescreen support is an impressive first for the Wii, and the AI is incredible easy and can not be changed. Really disappointing. I'll stick with 6 & 7.


You're entitled to your opinion, but I just thought that I'd point out that you're wrong and the computer AI difficulty can, in fact, be changed.

I must have missed where you can change that when I was starting up the single player mode. I don't remember ever being given an option to change difficulty... and I looked.

I just don't get the gimped widescreen. I mean, I can play EVERY Gamecube Mario Party title in full screen mode on my HDTV. Why, after four perfectly compatible titles, would they just completely destroy the feature for a brand new title on a brand new system? It's so ridiculous I get angry just thinking about it. The concept of anyone paying money for this game and supporting such a disgrace honestly disturbs me.

not working for me on pal wii in 480p mode or any other mode

Besides... Mario Party 5 and even Super Smash Bros Melee supported 480p, yet I've heard this doesn't.
