Misc Wifi wont work anymore help!!!!!

i kinda wanted to use the wirless internet
but online i heard we must keep wiiconnect 24 off so i turned it off ,
now i cant connect to wirless internet , ive tried on my psp and laptop and it worked
but on the wii it dident so i know it was wiiconnect24 so i want to turn it back on and ive tried every thing please tell me

help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
