Misc wi fi no connect

ive been trying to connect to nintendo wifi for the last 40 min on my ds but i keep getting error codes 61070 and 61010.
anyone else having this problem?

    I've given up on the longer style, as it Never came out right for me. So I went the other way. Mullet style, and.. I'm sorta ok with it. :)
