It's simple. There is a lot of uneducated people everywhere. OMG that's not gonna happen. Microsoft owns Rare. The fact that there was even a (sub-par) Banjo Kazooie game on the GBA is astounding. Microsoft lets Rare develop certain games for the handheld market, but that's about it. Both of the N64 Banjo Kazooie games are on the Xbox Live Marketplace, so they will never see the light of day on a non-Microsoft console for a very long time, if ever. They also released what wasn't a very good third game exclusively on the 360 Marketplace that isn't that fantastic. Banjo Kazooie has just kind of been left to rot.
