Ubuntu went pretty downhill with Unity.
I'd probably still be dual-booting it if they had Gnome 3 and hybrid graphics card drivers that worked.

Ubuntu is a peculiar case of trying to bring a system that's dedicated to the selected few to the masses.

Quite obviously it fails at both tasks, sacrificing alot of its own functionality for the sake of being appealing to people who are going to pick Windows regardless. That said, it's the least "painful" Linux one could deal with, so I suppose I should give it points solely for that.

I kinda like the idea of Linux coming to the masses, kudos to Ubuntu. Also, I think Unity will get better.
