Gaming Which starter in Pokemon Platinum did you choose?

For me, it was a choice between Turtwig and Piplup. I never liked Chimchar because I always thought of it like an imitation clone of Charmander, just worst. No offense to those who love Chimchar

Anyways, Turtwig has my vote

I chose Turtwig .I chose Chimchar in Diamond,so I thought I would choose Turtwig so that the game would be different than last time. 2 hours into the game with 1 badge.

this gen's starter Pokemon all look ugly

, but I always liked the water type starters (excluding mudkip when he evolves).
why can't they start all over from squirtle again or maybe totodile?
