That gives the crash some clarification then.

If the ROMs aren't corrupt, then I'd try another flashcard, such as the R4(i) Ultra, Acekard 2(i), or R4i Gold RTS.

RTS cards have timebomb, also most of the cards with sdhc in their name have timebomb in exception of .hk ones
Acekard would be a good one

This flashcard is not what I was referring to. The cart's sticker should resemble the original R4 one, except the silver spots are gold.
