The R4i Gold from http://r4ids.cn/ is the best. It runs Wood R4, which is the fastest updating kernel around as well whenever Nintendo updates the DSi/3DS they are the fast to update their firmware with it.
I suggest if you are looking to buy one, buy it from from nds-card.com, they are GBAtemp's official sponsor, so buying from them supports our this lovely site!

I think that R4i Gold PLUS(from www.r4ids.com) is much better.
I is recently updated and has real time features. What do you think?

Nope, that one from that website is not a good one. Just do yourself a favor and get the one that Catboy linked to.

If you want real time save functions, you can pay a little more to buy a DSTWO (you can get one from the temp's sponsor, http://www.nds-card.com), which packs real time functions, a built-in gba emulator and more.

All the other clones seem good... until they stop giving updates.

So are you sure that R4i Gold from http://r4ids.cn will be regularly updated till the last nds lives?

Yeah, YWG updates Wood R4 quite regularly as well it has the fastest firmware updates.
I have the card myself and can confirm this.

    Yeah that's the very one.
Although, I suggest going with the one from nds-card, it's a little more expensive, but it does support GBATemp. ^_^

do you think that any time in the future that it will be possible that the one from www.r4ids.cn will get realtime features?

No. Those are mainly dependent on the firmware, and YWG hasn't mentioned that. If you want realtime features, go for the DSTwo (as other models are buggier).
