Besides, the first stubbing was in response to the now defunct PatchMii IOS. They haven't even responded to BootMii/IOS yet as far as I'm aware.

They didn't. And if they do...TT would probably just increase the version number. Assuming they use the typical v65280, install bootmii as v65281
