I kinda find it odd When you flame some stupid NOOB for asking for roms That i cant even find the rules

Where are they?
Sure i may know most of the rules but i can't find them, i think that you should put the rules link right on the front page next to the the Scene Links.

EDIT: I just realized that the topic was called where is the help but i meant rules

In the forum called Announcements, the topics in there are the rules. Putting rules and such in the announcement forum is pretty standard.
