I put it in my aps folder but homebrew channel doesnt recognize it. Also I patched a game (the dol file) to remove error 1 and 2 but now my wii wont read it

You missed a "p",it should be in the "apps" folder, in that folder you should have the wadmanager folder with the boot.dol file.
It was named apps sorry for the typo. Should I put in a folder with a specific name?(the dol file comes in no folder)

Sorry for being rude, but why do you need the WAD Manager? If you can't even run applications in HBC you should get more infos about the whole wii hacking before installing channels, even if you only want VC channels.

Just place the .dol as boot.dol in /apps/Wad Manger/ and it should work. I doubt you need 2 IOS, if you are using a modchip you only need to install the IOS the game requires, there are no games which require 2 IOS.
got it to work. Thanks for the help but now I have another problem. Every game I play locks up within 5 minutes and I get a disc read error. Burning at 2.4x with good media
Hardmod(wiikey) Dvd-r Platinium. I have a really old modded ps2 and every game runs perfectly on it. So it cant be the burner
