Hacking where can I download cyclods evolution cheats from?

I found a few mentions of http://cheats.gbatemp.net but that link no longer works. I have found one on cyclods wiki but it states there are cheats that do not work. So where can I find the latest update for the cheats?

I tried to find the download link however it links to https://github.com/DeadSkullzJr/NDS-Cheat-Databases/releases on there I don't see where to download the Evo cheat from.

That link you were provided leads to my massive cheat database set, you have to download the .7z pack and grab the evo cheats from it, then stick it in the same location that the default cheat database sits in (in the kernel) (don't worry the new database will override the default).
