When I log in, Portal is different

This might be a question that's been answered a million times, but I've looked around on the site
and can't figure it out, and it's really bugging me.

When I'm not logged into the site, the portal shows about a dozen or so entries under each news
heading for previous articles. After I log in, it only shows 3! This is kind of annoying, and if I did
it myself, I can't remember what I changed. It's frustrating, because it's like logging in actually
causes me to be able to view less information than when I'm just a guest to the site.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Pssst...Check My Controls. Up there ^. I think that might help.

EDIT: actually to be more specific, under Personal Profile go to Edit Profile Information and at the bottom I think you will see it.

Ahhhh thanks I've been looking for that setting for weeks, somehow managed to miss it.
